Yoga is an ancient practice designed to harmonise mind, body and breath. From restorative yin, to a powerful, meditative vinyasa flow, yoga can help us to unwind, create more space and release. 

My ultimate goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone - if you can breathe you can do yoga! No matter what your level of practice, once you’ve found the confidence to get on the mat you’ll never want to leave! 

I’ll work with you in a personalised way adapting classes to help you to meet your yoga goals whatever they may be.

Yoga for little ones

Introducing Yoga to babies, toddlers and children comes with huge health and wellbeing benefits.

A Yoga practice can help to improve their confidence, reduce stress, provide them with a physical outlet, strengthen their bodies, encourage play, improve balance and co-ordination - and so much more!

Teaching children is hugely rewarding, my classes are very story/play based and I introduce themes of meditation, breathing, mindfulness and stretching in a supportive and loving environment.

I’m available to teach at children’s parties, or small group baby/toddler/kids classes.
