There's a lot of wonderful support out there for us to utilise whilst we're pregnant, but not much to help us navigate the 4th trimester with confidence and calm.
As a mum myself I understand that this time can be hazy, magical, overwhelming, vulnerable, exhausting, confusing, joyful, scary and so much more! Yoga, meditation and breathwork might be the gentle, flexible,
calm way to journey through this time.
I've carefully designed this workshop to equip mums-to-be with tools and practices that they can enjoy during pregnancy, birth but also that 4th trimester time. During this workshop we will enjoy:
